By My Spirit Says the Lord

When we are weak, then we are strong. This statement, made by the Apostle Paul, reflects the truth that our strength is found in our dependence upon the Holy Spirit rather than ourselves. "It is not by (our) might, it is not by (our) power, but it is by my Spirit," says the Lord.
